Bangladesh is fighting against poverty from its first day of journey in 1971. Till now a significant number of population is poorer. Ensuring food thrice a day is a major challenge for this country. There are such countries in this country where people used to hunger once a day. Government is trying to ensure education for all to fight against poverty. But a small portion of our people is getting higher education facility. But it is a matter of sorrow that, these higher educated people are also not educating according to the requirement of the age.

For example I must say that, today we are living in the age of globalization. Science and technology is enhancing with a quickest movement. It is changing our management pattern, organization structure and mode of doing job. At this stage maximum higher educated people are not educating to match with the market demand. More easily we can say that, maximum educated people are working in private sector it can be a bank, and insurance company, a telecom company, a garments factory/ buying house, a pharmaceuticals company, a beverage company or a trading firm.

What is their operational procedure? Which technology do they use? What types of activities they do? What actions are they taking each day? Are our graduates capable to run the system?

After completion Master degree from any university it is logical to think that he is going to get a job. But unfortunately maximum faculty students have to wait a long time to manage a job not only this some may not have any job. Family became helpless, Graduates are becoming frustrated, society even country had to bare a burden with these educated people as well. What is their lacking? They may have a first class honors or masters certificate but why they are not getting job? Because their course curriculum was not covered the requirement of the industries needed to be skilled.

From many education commissions we get many reports but our government ignored these to execute or not capable to do so. One way, two way and multi ways of education slogans had burned our hearing instrument but our eyes became bored to see the result.

At this stage I would like to show a path of hope a light of aspiration. This is there are almost fifty-five private universities in the country. They are capable to ensure any change in the curriculum. They are seeking opportunity to take the advantage.

At this stage our business leaders have a role to play. Especially I would like to draw attention of the Presidents of different trade bodies like FBCCI, DCCI, MCCI, ICCI etc. sir you are representing the country business community. You own the business institutions of the country. You are also seeking talent but not getting up to your expectations. So please be proactive to have your desired skilled people to strengthen your business capability and to remove unemployment problem of the country.

You can identify the skills required in your industry. You please make an agenda with necessary requirement essential to include in the curriculum of undergraduate and postgraduate level both theoretical and practical. Please discuss your requirement with the relevant agencies like government, UGC and the heads of private universities. I am sure they will reply positively to your discussion. Thus you will get skilled manpower for your concern sector, graduates will get employment in due time and country will get release from unemployment problem. Thus you can help yourself and the nation.

This agenda of demanded education curriculum may be updated in every eight years based on current requirement of the business sector or market demand. Thus demand driven education can ensure full utilization of our national talents as well as nation can get better service from the youth. If this system can be ensured then higher educated people will not be unemployed, frustration will be removed from the society. A new vision oriented successful nation will be emerged with your guidance.

  1. Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the net
the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people consider worries that they plainly
do not know about. You managed to hit the
nail upon the top as well as defined out the
whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal.
Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

  2. You’re so awesome! I do not think I’ve truly read a single thing like that before.
So wonderful to find somebody with some genuine thoughts on this issue.
Really.. thank you for starting this up. This
website is one thing that is required on the
web, someone with a little originality!
